Our guide Beatrice Scheepers takes us through the inferior courts sitting at the historic Brickfield Hill courts precinct (20 March) and the Supreme Court, the Federal Court and the High Court in the CBD (27 March).
Both tours start at 9:30am (corner of George and Central Streets for Part 1 and at the Queen Victoria statue on Queens Square, opposite Hyde Park Barracks, for Part 2.)
Beatrice is a retired lawyer with lengthy experience in and around the court system and the history of its operations. Beatrice has been conducting guided local history tours in the inner city precincts since the early 2000s.
